Chateau GAZIN
Pomerol
Ročník: 1982
Región: Bordeaux, Francúzsko
Cukornatosť: suché
Taste:
Nose had a nice amount of cedar, tobacco, and something slightly unripe (though, in a good way).
Tannins were silky and integrated.
After about two hours, a bit of licorice came out, which was very nice.
Ratings:
Wine Spectator: 91/100
Cellartracker:
Shows no sign of coming off its peak. Smoke; hint of truffle, spiced cooked dark berries, integrated tannins and über smooth. Medium weight but complex – good length.
Should remain at this peak for another 3+ years. Superb with our poussin, roast potato and butternut squash and steamed romanescu cauliflower.
Wine Notes:
Chateau Gazin is in Pomerol and not to be confused with Chateau du Gazin in Canon-Fronsac.
